I wish I had enough room in my icebox to commit a whole rack to Greek yogurt. In addition to the fact that it tastes stunning alone, it adds such a velvety smoothness to any smoothie formula. We've all had that smoothie that was abrasive and practically unpleasant on the tongue. This won't occur when you drink a smoothie with Greek yogurt in it, I pinky swear.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of raspberries (solidified)
1/4 cup of strawberries (solidified)
1/2 medium banana (solidified)
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/4 cup of blackberries (solidified)
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1/4 cup of blueberries (solidified)
Instruction:
To make this smoothie, add every one of the ingredients to a blender and procedure until smooth and serve.
